| Platinum Crest Developments Ltd is a Cyprus Registered Company which specialises in constructing small developments in sought after areas in Cyprus. The company was formed in 2006 by a group of property professionals who had been actively involved in the industry for many years. |

| The team behind Platinum Crest consists of George Charalambous who has worked for some of the largest development companies on the Island and is extremely experienced in the land acquisition and construction side of the business. Nigel Newton is the companies construction Director. Having lived now in Cyprus for over 5 years, he gained valuable experience from the UK having built homes there for many years before leaving the UK for Cyprus. Divalda Tsinga is the third name behind Platinum Crest. Her experience in development is also extremely wide and has become more specialised recently toward the health and safety and administration side which is a vital component of the company. Finally, Nick Thake completes the names behind the company. He has sold property overseas to UK and Irish investors for 13 years now and takes up the role of Sales Director matching investors and holiday home owners to the properties being designed by the construction team. |

| In the Group is their sister company, "Investors in the Sun Limited" a British registered company which was formed in 2006 by a group of property and travel professionals who had been involved in selling investment and vacation rental homes to the overseas market for many years. |

| The company has over 50 years experience within the overseas property market, the U.K office (Investors in the Sun Limited) opened, and along with it, further offices have been opened in, Cyprus (Paphos & Larnaca), Spain and Orlando Florida, USA, Further expansion is planned into other countries as this industry continues to grow. The company has already opened a regional sales office in Ireland. |
